Rod has spent half of his Marketing career client side - and the other half agency side. Difficult to say which has been more fun: Marketing Director roles in Unilever (The Lynx Effect), adidas & Nike (Run London) - or setting up and running The BSG (Global Marketing Consultancy). Either way - both roads have led to System1.
Mark always wanted to work in advertising but has taken the scenic route to get there. First he worked in PR, then Brand Strategy, Innovation and finally Consumer Insights, both on the client and the agency side. He was previously MD Europe for sister company System1 Research, so he knows the territory.

Paul is an Australian who loves the intersection of business and creativity and has worked in Ad agencies in London, Asia, Sydney and New York. He led a team at Fallon USA when it was the most awarded agency in the world. He has held regional roles running Fortune 500 clients such as Kellogg, and had his own agency as well.
He can see around corners and nail jelly to a wall.
